Who: Postdata (Paul Murphy from Wintersleep and his brother Michael).
What: A couple years ago, brothers Paul and Michael Murphy shared scotch and started writing songs at their parents house in Yarmouth, N.S. They were penning tunes for their mom about people in their family; all captured through the mic of a laptop. 12 ideas were born, most of which got reworked eight months later in Halifax with proper mics, click tracks: minus the booze. The result is Postdata, the name for the duo and the debut Vinyl on Hand Drawn Dracula Jan. 26th, 2010.

Outside In was recorded and produced by Graham Walsh of Holy Fuck, who provided much of the albums instrumentation. Other guests include Chad VanGaalen, Tony Dekker (Great Lake Swimmers), Brian Borcherdt (Holy Fuck), Sarah Harmer and Justin Rutledge.
Outside In cover artwork features an illustration by James Mejia and a painting from Julie Fader's Dot series of acrylic on canvas. The album is assembled by hand and printed on uncoated 18pt 100% Recycled C1S paperboard.

Off The International Radar's Hot Lips EP was recorded and produced at Brooklyn's Civil Defense by Andrew Prinz (Mahogany) and features an epic collaboration with Holy Fuck entitled "Holy Radar".
Innovative Vinyl: Holy Radar (side B1.) is a remix / reworking of OTIR's "E bowl Of Iris" by Holy Fuck. Having sped up the original OTIR song on a record player in studio, Holy Fuck played along and added their own layers. As a result the vinyl record plays as 2 versions. Play at 45 RPM in the spirit of the remix and play it at 33 1/3 RPM in the spirit of the original recording.

Coyotes was recorded by long time friend Jose Contreras of By Divine Right. While on a break from Holy Fuck's tour schedule Brian performed a handful of recently written songs in Jose's living room. Little else was added to the guitar and vocal, maintaining the songs' intimate and delicate atmosphere.
The album's textural paper sleeve (printed on 130 lb double-thick antique stock / assembled by hand) features artwork by James Mejia, perfectly complimenting the haunting tone of these seven songs.
